Membership questions, answered

How does the membership work?+
Choose a 4-week or 6-week plan and you're billed automatically each cycle. Every payment becomes a treatment credit that covers your scheduled facial. If you upgrade to an advanced treatment, your credit applies first and you pay only the difference.
What's the difference between the 4-week and 6-week plan?+
The 4-week plan is $169 per cycle with a facial every 4 weeks and a $169 credit. The 6-week plan is $129 per cycle with a facial every 6 weeks and a $129 credit. Both include the exact same benefits — the only difference is how often you come in.
Is there an enrollment fee?+
New clients pay a one-time $30 enrollment fee. Established CPW clients enrolling during the grandfathered period have the fee waived.
Can I still book a single facial instead?+
Absolutely. One-time facials remain available for everyone. Membership is simply the best-value option for clients who come in regularly and want to hold consistent appointment times.
Can my credit roll over if I reschedule?+
Yes. With at least 24 hours' notice you may reschedule once using the same paid credit, and it can roll over one time — redeemed within 30 days of the original date. Credits can't be banked or stacked across cycles.
How do I cancel?+
Give notice at least 7 days before your next billing date. Requests made fewer than 7 days out take effect after the upcoming cycle. Any credit you've already paid for can still be redeemed within the applicable period.
